    Now Hiring: Part-Time Leasing/Office Assistant

    JSM is always on the lookout to hire skilled, hardworking, reliable, and customer service focused individuals!

     

    • Hours of work: Part-time, hours per week will vary.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must be able to rotate Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Qualifications: A candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, has the ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment, and professionally represents the company as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors.
    • Duties: The Leasing/Office Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to showing apartments to prospective tenants, scheduling appointments, lease preparation, lease signing and execution, subleasing and additional clerical related activities. Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
