For most, your living situation has probably been resolved by now for Spring semester, due to start up after January 16^th.  However, for others you may be looking for housing due to unexpectedly coming to UIUC’s campus to start off the New Year or perhaps you are in the middle of a falling out with other roommates and need somewhere else to live?  Take a look at these options JSM has to offer and contact our office today at jsm@jsmliving.com or call us at 217-359-6108 for more information!

Efficiency/Studio Options:

If you are looking for a small, but functional space to have to yourself I recommend our 401 E. Chalmers location.  The two options we have for Spring are both priced at $535 + $92 dollars for utilities.  Both of these units we have are standard units, meaning they are not on a corner, and all of the are included!  The property is located in a great location near the Armory and has a shared laundry room for the building.

Individual Lease Options:

While we don’t have any one bedroom options available for Spring, we do have some great individual lease options.  What’s an individual lease?  It is a lease for a bedroom in a multiple bedroom apartment.  This means you could be leasing a bedroom in a two, three, or even four bedroom apartment.  Consider options in Urbana near great shops and restaurants at 1001 W. Clark, 700 S. Gregory St., 701 S. Gregory St., or the newly renovated 902 S. Lincoln!  A few fantastic options in Champaign are the ever so popular 601 S. Sixth St. or a south campus option such as 107 E. Chalmers or our north campus 304 E. Clark location!  Think about individual leasing as a great opportunity to live in a bigger apartment and getting a chance to make new friends with having the chance to make a great new friend!

Multiple Bedroom Options:

For those of you who perhaps have a roommate to live with or are looking for more space to yourself or for company consider some of our two bedroom, three bedroom, and four bedroom options.  Currently, JSM has three wonderful 2 bedroom apartments to offer.  One is located on North campus at 512 E. Stoughton.  This location is fantastic for anyone wanting to be near the Engineering Quad or looking for a closer location to University Street to head toward downtown Champaign.  It has a base rent of $1,100 + a utility fee of $48 dollars.  Another option is our Campus Center location at 601 S. Sixth St., situated right around the corner from Green St.!  It is listed for a base rent of $,1400 + a utility fee of $152 dollars.  The third two bedroom option is located near our beloved 701 S. Gregory St. right near great restaurants like KoFusion, J. Gumbo and Rosatis’ listed for $1,000 + utilities of $198.  For a three bedroom option check out Campus Center once again for a spacious apartment with a great view listed at $1,700 + utilities of $152.  Our final option is a four bedroom located right on Green St. at 616 E. Green located above Panera and McDonalds.  This apartment is listed for a base rent of $2,880 + utilities of $128.  Remember not to be taken aback by the price, they are joint amounts!  This means that you will split the total amounts with your roommates, unless you are looking to pay the rent yourself!
