Full-Time Account Manager - Immediate
We are looking for a self-motivated professional to be our Account Manager. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and under pressure in a multi-task environment. Under general supervision of the Controller and the Director of Commercial Real Estate, the Account Manager is responsible for the management and decision making for all Residential and Commercial rent activities.
The Account Manager takes the primary lead on facilitating these needs to ensure a positive and memorable tenant accounting experience for both our current and future residents. Listed below are the essential functions for this position.
· Manage, prepare, maintain, and administer all commercial and residential rent activities.
· Management of all ACH payments, accounts, forms, files, etc.
· Manage, monitor, create, and coordinate all residential utility operations, including billing activities
· Administer and apply all late fees and late notices
· Prepare and ensure delivery of eviction notices on a monthly basis
· Maintain and update rent summary sheets, deposit records, etc.
· Maintain all banking and tenant accounting records to ensure accuracy
· Provide the primary point of contact for all tenant account activities
Minimum qualifications requested of this position include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or another applicable field of study, minimum of 5 years of relevant office, customer service, bookkeeping, billing and/or tenant accounting experience, excellent skills in verbal and written communication, a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, and possession of a valid driver’s license. In addition, experience with QuickBooks or related accounting software solutions a plus however not required. Experience based salary. JSM is an EEO employer.

Part-Time Leasing Agent - Immediate
JSM is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to mulit-task. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, scheduling appointments for prospective tenants, taking prospective tenants on a tour, selling the apartment and following up after the sale. Part-time Leasing Agents also receive incoming calls to schedule maintenance requests for tenants and assist tenants as they arrive at our office. Must be able to work Saturdays.

Full-Time Office/Leasing Assistant - Immediate
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, has the ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment, and professionally represents the company as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors.
