1 Bedroom

If you are looking for a location that is prime location for engineering students, you need to check out 201 S. Wright.  These updated, large one bedroom apartments feauture custom dining bars, Flatscreen TV, beverage chiller, lots of storage space, in-unit washer/dryer, leased garage parking, secure bike rack, secure entry, and a private patio/balcony area!  The price for a 1 bedroom at this location is $712 dollars.  On the other hand, if you are looking for a location that is closer to Green Street or the Main Quad, I highly recommend Lando Place (707 S. Sixth Street).  It is home to our brand new Fitness Center and has received updated lighting, a 48" Smart TV, and an inviting, updated courtyard with seating and lighting.  A price for a 1 bedroom at this building is $1052 - $1117.  Both 201 S. Wright as well as Lando Place have multiple floor plans available. 

Individual Lease

While we don’t have many one bedroom options available for Spring, we do have some great individual lease options.  What’s an individual lease?  It is a lease for a bedroom in a multiple bedroom apartment.  This means you could be leasing a bedroom in a two, three, or even four bedroom apartment.  Consider options in Urbana near great shops and restaurants at 601 W. Green.  A few fantastic options in Champaign are the ever so popular 601 S. Sixth Street, 508 E. John, and 610 E. Springfield or a south campus option such as 107 E. Chalmers!  Think about individual leasing as a great opportunity to live in a bigger apartment and getting a chance to make new friends with having the chance to make a great new friend!

2 & 4 Bedroom

For those of you who perhaps have a roommate to live with or are looking for more space to yourself or for company consider some of our two and four bedroom options.  Currently, JSM has four wonderful 2 bedroom apartments to offer.  It is split with two of them being located on North campus at 303 S. Wright and 403 E. White while the other two are 601 S. Sixth and 707 S. Sixth, which sit in the heart of campus.  The North campus options are fantastic for anyone wanting to be near the Engineering Quad or looking for a closer location to downtown Champaign.  Looking toward main campus, our Campus Center location at 601 S. Sixth Street is situated right around the corner from plenty of retalors and restaurants!  It is listed for a base rent of $,1450 - $1500 + a utility fee of $124 dollars.  Our final option is a four bedroom located at 707 S. Broadway in Urbana.  This cozy house is listed for $1500 + $284 dollars for utilities that includes electric, gas, water, sewer, and recylcing!  Remember not to be taken aback by the price, they are joint amounts!  This means that you will split the total amounts with your roommates, unless you are looking to pay the rent yourself!
