  The JSM Passdown Program!

  The JSM Passdown Program allows you to sign for an apartment before anyone else at one of the most popular buildings on campus! If you know someone living at Green Street Towers, Green Balcs, Johnstowne, 902 Lincoln, 1103 Euclid, 306 or 308 Armory you can have them passdown their unit to you! These are some of these most sought after apartments on campus and they lease out QUICKLY! Don’t miss your chance to sign early! But hurry, the deadline is September 25!!

      

  Passdown Process:

  1. Passdown recipients are required to fill out the JSM Online Leasing Application (Current JSM residents do NOT need to resubmit an application)
  2. JSM residents are required to submit a passdown form which can be found here!
  3. Passdown recipients should call the JSM office to schedule a leasing appointment.
  4. The passdown recipients will get to sign their lease BEFORE open leasing!
