If you like to shop or eat out in Campustown, this is one perk that is great for you! JSM offers their residents an exclusive VIP Program. You simply show your VIP Card at any one of the JSM VIP Retailers to receive an exclusive discount. The list of JSM Retailers in the program is constantly growing (you can visit jsmliving.com/vip to find a current list! Or check for the VIP Sticker on their door or at their point of sale!). The discounts are all different, but they are things like a free drink with purchase or 10% off your total order. JSM VIP Retailers also will host VIP Days throughout the semester where they have a higher discount available! JSM Fitness Center

Located at Lando Place (707 S. Sixth Street), JSM offers a resident exclusive fitness center to all of their residential tenants. It is open 6AM-12AM daily. It has everything you need to get a great workout! There are also changing rooms and lockers to store your stuff.
