Part-Time Furniture/Maintenance Helper____________________________________
Ideal applicants must possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organization skills. Although this is primarily a labor-related position, our part-time Furniture/Maintenance Helpers play a crucial role in providing the highest level of customer support for our tenants with furniture related repairs or concerns. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to; furniture removal and installation, warehouse organization and management, maintenance assistance, demolition, and general labor for varying projects. Full-Time Maintenance I_______________________________________________
Hiring for full-time maintenance personnel located in Champaign, IL. JSM is a vastly growing residential and commercial leasing and development firm. As a result, JSM maintenance personnel must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities of this position include the completion of maintenance tasks for small or large projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This varies greatly depending on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the technician. Ideal candidates may have specialized experience in certain trades, i.e. HVAC, electrical or plumbing, however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
Minimum qualifications requested of this position include; high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience, valid Illinois driver's license, safety compliance, periodic on-call availability and the ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment. Salary will be based on prior experience and will include full benefits.
Full-Time Janitor I___________________________________________________
Hiring for a full-time Janitor in our Facilities Department. JSM is a vastly growing residential and commercial leasing and development firm.
As a company, we take great pride in the appearance of our properties and a prospective tenant's first impression when they view a chosen location. We are looking for someone who understands the gravity and value of this position. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to; maintaining the appearance of all JSM related properties through routine cleaning and upkeep, re-occurring power washing, demolition, debris removal, etc. This includes both the interior and exterior of our properties.
Minimum qualifications include; a valid Illinois driver’s license, periodic on-call availability and the ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment.
