    Recipes

    Red, White, and Blue Punch

A very easy and very patriotic punch can be made by simply layering red, white, and blue drinks! Three that work very well are Hawaiian Punch, White Gatorade Frost, and G2 Blueberry Pomegranate. It’s really up to you what red, white, and orange beverages you use, as long as you pay attention to the sugar content of each. Fill your container with ice and then layer the drink with the highest sugar content in first. Slowly pour in the drink with the second highest sugar content and it should layer on top of the first. Do the same with the drink with the smallest amount of sugar and it should stay within the layers. The bottom layer should be around 40grams of sugar, the middle around 20grams, and the top layer should have as little as possible, around 5-10grams of sugar. As long as you layer them in order of sugar content (most to least), you should have no problem with them layering

    Red, White, and Blue Strawberries

Another quick and easy 4th of July treat is white chocolate dipped strawberries. All you need is white chocolate, strawberries, and blue sugar sprinkles. Start with freshly washed strawberries, melt the white chocolate and dip enough of the strawberry in it to mostly cover it but leave a strip of white. While the white chocolate is still wet, dip just the end into the blue sugar sprinkles and let it harden.

Have a fun, relaxing, and safe 4th of July!
